• All custom, personalized and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once payment is received.

• Design fees and deposits are non-refundable IF APPLICABLE.

• production starts ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Order Cancellations

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. 

• Approved claims may qualify for a replacement at no additional cost.

• We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by carriers.
